Sessions 1–2: Executive Communication Audit
We begin with a thorough audit of your communication: spoken and written, formal and informal. I assess not just your language level but your communication style, your executive presence, and the specific situations where you want to perform better. The result is a detailed, personalised language plan built entirely around your leadership context.
Sessions 3–10: Deep Coaching
Eight sessions of intensive, focused coaching across the full range of executive communication: high-stakes presentations, boardroom language, negotiation and persuasion, international client relationships, executive writing, media and interview preparation, and cross-cultural communication. Every session is grounded in your real professional world, not hypothetical scenarios.
Session 11: Mid-Programme Review
A dedicated review session to assess your progress, recalibrate where needed, and make sure the final phase of your programme is perfectly targeted.
Sessions 12–15: Advanced Refinement
We move from building skills to using them. Roleplay and simulation of your most demanding real-world scenarios: the presentations, negotiations, and conversations where you need to be at your absolute best. Honest, detailed feedback. Precise refinement.
Session 16: Programme Close and Legacy Plan
We close the programme with a full review of your journey, a celebration of how far you’ve come, and a detailed written report with personalised recommendations for your continued development. You leave not just better, you leave with a roadmap.
