Session 1: Your Language Portrait We begin by understanding you. Your background, your current language level, your professional context, and the specific communication challenges you face. Together we set clear, achievable goals for your three sessions so every minute of coaching time counts.
Session 2: Targeted Coaching We go deep on your priority area, whether that’s spoken confidence, written communication, presentation language, meeting participation, or something else entirely. You practice, receive feedback, and leave with concrete tools you can use immediately.
Session 3: Consolidation and Next Steps We review your progress, reinforce what you’ve learned, and map out what comes next. Whether you continue with a longer package or take what you’ve learned back into your working life. You leave with a clear picture of where you are and where to go.
